They nailed the adaptation by moving around a lot of scenes, that doesn't happen often.

The reveal scene was genuinely one of the most creepy moments I've ever seen in anime.

I guess the Moe Moe Death sub-genre is here to stay.

The best thing is they kept every teaser and key visuals clean until the episode was released.

And did you see all the signs during the episode ? The blackboard one is particularily awesome. The grave on the rooftop too.
