As others have said, it could be evidence of the NX replacing the Wii U.  If not, they probably reserved Wii U announcements, because it seems unlikely to me that they aren't developing any other Wii U games.  The 3DS games are not big enough that they don't have any other people available to work on anything else.

Why would they not announce their Wii U games at the years biggest gaming conference and announce alot of 3ds games instead?  BTW Ive been a nintendo fan since NES and this is not their worst conference (cough wii music cough) but where there is smoke there is fire... it seems like they are lessening developmentment of Wii u games in favor of 3ds games... such stating what I saw..

That is definitely not the case.  Look at the 3DS games they announced.  They do not require that many resources to make.  Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam reuses many assets from both Paper Mario: Sticker Star and Mario & Luigi: Dream Team.   Triforce Heroes reuses many assets from A Link Between Worlds.  Some of the other games aren't even being made by Nintendo.  Fire Emblem If/Fates should be already done with development in Japan, and only needs localization.   The Metroid Prime spinoff doesn't look like a particularly big game for develpoment.  In what way does this show 3DS games are being made in place of Wii U games?
