Do we know the framerate of Fallout 4 btw. ? If it's 60FPS, then there's a lot of potential. ini-modding and that kind of stuff.

Skyrim came with mod manager on PC (I don't remember if the Fallout one was fan made or not). Anyway if there's official support, the mod manager is such an integral part that it cannot be left out. That would really be half assed if they don't include that. Cannot imagine that you can't view what mods you have installed.
