Publisher is Namco Bandai according to VGChartz, and Metacritic says Warner Bros. is the publisher (USA maybe?), my local game retailer websites show the Namco Bandai logo on the cover. Is there some official information confirming CDPR is the publisher?

As Holodust says, the rest are distributors for different territories. Publishing duties are handled by CDPR.
