Mario Kart 8 sold 1.2m in its first week. Splatoon 600k FW confirmed?

Edit: If this is the case worldwide, of course. So far it's basically confirmed in NA and Japan.

1,2m in first 3 days, 1,8m first week

...WHAT!? :|

And First week = day of released to Saturday.

So, tecnically, first week for MK8 is the ending 31 May.
