If Square Enix can do PS2's FFX/FFX-2 onto PS3 and PS4 then it shouldn't be a problem for GoW's PS2 games either to be put on PS4.

Sony doesn't have this time, they want to bring God of War 3 to the PS4 before God of War 4 will release.
