Why is Voice Chat and Party on Xbox one worst than Xbox 360?

Setting up is hit and miss esp if your on different games or in snap mode.

Best just stick to the dashboard then send the invite. The technical performance of party chat is great though. Never get any audio drops or getting kicked.
