honestly, while I do think the movie will have an impact on the sales, even without it I wouldn't change my mind.
Battlefield has evolved into a giant mainstream series, when it didn't make any impact on consoles back then (and even on PC it wasn't that huge). With those series being so similar, I'm very sure that this is going to sell much closer to recent Battlefield games than the Battlefront games of the 6th gen.
4m in total would be utterly disappointing for EA, considering budget, release period and the fact that they have no other big game (except FIFA of course) coming out this year.
