My point is....apps are where Nintendos true threat exists. Whether they can or cannot do anything about it is up to them and the court. The flappy birds creator was harassed over the copyright for the longest and even after he pulled the game down he got death threats and suicide threats. 

Still not sure what that has to do with my comment but okay
