Isn't something like that just percieved value, for example if something is selling at $50 or $399 why lower it? I'm sorry, but I find that argument not the strongest to take a knack off them for greed. Nintendo isn't other video game companies most of there sales happen over time, not the first couple of weeks. So it understandable why nintendo has valued associated with their IPs, while others don't.
I'm not saying they aren't a greedy corporation, (They are), (So is every company).

I think I would agree that it's a case of what one would perceive as value. From a business standpoint I can see why they do it but as a consumer I have frustration with it when other companies aren't following this practice. Value degrades over time in my opinion (unless it's a rare collectible). Games should not cost the same as they did at launch almost two years after it was released. I find it greedy, they call it smart business. However, that's one of the reasons I own seven Wii U games and over 70 Xbox 360 and PS3 titles.

Well like I said, Nintendo sales don't work as other companies sadly, I wish they did, and I wish that Nintendo had that price policy of other companies. This really isn't the thread to even have a smart discussion about it. I agree with your sentiments that I have fewer Wii/WiiU titles than I do the other companies, but that is also because of third party support... etc. I think I will leave this thread soon, both sides are sort of annoying me.
One side thing youtubers are greedy as hell and should be lucky to have nintendo support them, the other are just using this an excuse to troll Nintendo. I will say if you want to get informed about ContentID, please use other sources than Joe. He doesn't really cover the issues well either.
