It is, but only if the post is not relevant to the topic.
Like I posted back in February (another bump since November), Iwata mentioned that this Mii App would the announced around the financial year results, which is soon... and with all the DeNa talk and the Nintendo Direct tomorrow, it could be food for thought.
If it isn't, a mod should lock it *shrugs*
