Epic dude didn't bash the wii because he felt like it, the IGN interviewer kept pushing him and well he just gave him his honest opinion on the matter, I honestly think this whole thing was blown out of proportion, but such things are typical with fanboy's.

If what you claim is true, and the interviewer pushed him into giving biased opinions when he really didn't want too, then you actually have a point. It's a shame that most of the PS3 and 360 teams are pretty much fanboys of their individual systems and tend to flame the Wii, as well as whatever other HD system they aren't covering.

 

In other words, your claim makes sense, considering the interviewers. I'll give the article a read and take that into consideration and might consider changing my sig, if Capps apologizes, which he very well might, considering Jaffe did, but that still didnt' get him out of hot water in my eyes.
