...Which get's you less money, which discourages you from making the let's play on a non-Nintendo channel. People that do lets plays of their games can't do any non-Nintendo games if they want to be paid in full.

You can still play non-Nintendo games on your channel if you want, you will just get slightly less revenue off of the videos
