A September release would probably be smart if they could pull it off. I'm not sure going head to head against Call of Duty in November is an amazing idea.

Destiny showed last year that the right software in September can lead to fantastic sales. If MS can do it I think they will, but they will equally not want to rush it out if it isn't ready, not after MCC.
