Ahh yeah, I forgot about that, the free games are only available until your subscription last. That's why you can't compare a normal year's purchase of digital titles with the yearly 50usd subscription, hence why it is cheaper.
So those 50usd subscription covers the free online, connectivity extras, club discounts and sub rentals.
Could be worth it for some people.
