Currently the PS4 has 26 million sellers, the XB1 has 16 million sellers and the WiiU has 8 million sellers.
The safest bet would be to assume this ratio stays relatively consistant throughout the generation between the PS4 and XB1 because of how similar their libraries are.
The Wii U is tricky because with maybe one or two exceptions the only titles that have a chance to sell 1 million plus are first party titles so it really depends on how long Nintendo decides to support the Wii U
I would guess it will reach around 25.
