That's an image of the headquarter of the Church of Scientology in Berlin, Germany. As far as I know, Scientology is not officially counted as a religion and the Verfassungsschutz monitors the organisation. But as far as I know it's not banned or something similar. And I see regularly in Berlin some people, selling books from Hubbard.
