Shouldn't be hard to prove that he had a real heart surgery and the causes.

Yea, it should be interesting to see how it turns out but my point was that, I highly doubt that this was the cause of his surgery if he had one... If anything, he had a heart condition before or it was due to something that happened after it and he is too poor to pay for all the bills. And I am also pretty sure that if this was the issue, he would have felt something during the job and I somehow doubt that he is that dedicated enough to put a Donkey Kong custom over his life and this would have been a thing last year

This is the country where cases happen like, a robber broke and entered into some family's house and got stuck in their garage for 3 days, then sued the family over not having their garage door up to fire regulations, and won.

It'll be interesting to see what happens, but I think Nintendo or some insurance is more likely to settle than have some big legal battle.
