How would Nintendo Fusion work?

I think almost like a wii u controller that you can take wherever you like.... but when you get home you can play it on your tv with 4k resolution (yeah yeah we are talking about Nintendo)...

hopefully a full hd on the controller.... with oled for the battery and eyes...
