Would Wii have beaten PS360 without third party?

No, it was multiplat. It still sold a lot more on Wii than it did on PS360 though. Multiplats sell consoles as well.

Just Dance 1 and 2 were exclusive.

On topic. I don't think 3rd party had that much influence on Wii. Just Dance certainly, but there's not much else.
