Not sure why the ratios are being questioned. The overall userbases for Playstation and Xbox are not the same. Games like CoD always have a better ratio on Xbox, while other games have a higher ratio on Playstation ( Evil Within for instance, PS4 version outsold X1 3:1, a bigger ratio than the install base).
Anyway, looks like some healthy numbers, with a lot of people probably going to pick the game up over the weekend and some still on the campaign.
