They definitely should. The Xbox One is much more powerful and has games that the mainstream gamers buy consoles for(Destiny, Call of Duty, Forza, Battlefield, Assassin's Creed, Watch Dogs etc). Given there will only be a $50US difference between the Wii U and the Xbox One, I can see the vast majority of casual gamers choosing the X1 simply because of the more mature and appealing game line up. If someone is deciding between a Wii U and an X1 but is on the fence about it currently, that $50US price drop for the X1 would probably lead to them choosing the X1. Given that the X1 has been outselling the Wii U by a considerable margin in the past few weeks(without a price drop), if Nintendo don't follow suite, I see more of there potential market share diminishing. I don't even include the PS4 in this discussion because it has been outselling the Wii U close to 6:1...
