Wallpapers and music, soundeffects for some actions you do. The icons are mostly consists of the game for which the icon is, but the border is customized with these themes. Also icons for folders get customized (the only icons that aren't in the code of the game but in the code of the firmware). So pretty much everything that can be customized.
