You identify as a male, so you are a male. You identify as a female, so you are a female. 

Our identity is what tells us (and others around us) what we are.

I don't care. If a crazy person believed they were a dragon. Why shouldn't he get a dragon option? Not saying transsexuals are crazy but I believe it has to do with the body. 

You don't care? This isn't really about whether you care or not. It's about something greater than just yourself. Also, that transspecies argument has already been overused in this thread.

Human males and human females are close to 100% the same genetically. We can bridge the difference for the most part with surgery and hormone therapy.
