[x] Instead of a multibillion dollar company removing a stupid outdated clauses that restricts developers, blame developers for being too small.
[x]Suggest that if the game was good, MS would make an exception.
[x] decide that the game and developer didn't matter anyway
anything else I'm missing?
EDIT:
[x] Ignore the fact that many studios notable studios like Respawn had to get help.
[x] ignore the fact that this is the developers first game, and Microsoft isn't showing any interest in games that they don't think will be big sellers.
