First of all, there is a difference between "sexy" and "sexist".
Second of all, what is the problem with Samus dressing in similar attire to what a significant amount of women wear when exercising? That is relatively common exercise gear, and it is similar to the typical outfit for Women's MMA...
Third, the problem is not about objectification of women, the idea is the general idealization of both sexes in many regards, and I don't really see that as a problem. Its normal that most characters in every medium are attractive, and sometimes, both men and women are put in situations and outfits which highlight their attractive aspects.
