I think Metroid would be a perfect fit for XBox, imagine making a crossover game with Halo :).
What I would want more than anything in my whole gaming life, would be a complete remake of Panzer Dragoon+Panzer Dragoon Zwei+Panzer Dragoon Saga. Sadly the source code for Saga went missing but someone very ambitious has my support if she/he decides to give it a go ;).
