Actually it is possible that she might not return. Keep in mind that that there were far too few pokemon compared to now. We already got 4 pokemon so far and thats Enough i think.

Sakurai would upsef A LOT of gamers if he doesn't include one of the Smash 64 veterans.... even if we are talking about Jigglypuff!
