I personally Like X more because Neither fire emblem nor Shin Megami Tensei float my boat, I'm more of a Persona guy.
Realistically though, SMTxFE will probably do better cause its two niches with userbase of 40mil vs one niche on a userbase of 6 mill.
Xenoblade Chronicles might Titanfall effect though, depending on how its released, but even then it can't sell more than 6 mill max while SMT_FE can surpass that if its lucky.
