For plusle+minun, they would need a GREAT ability for a mega, sort of like Mega Mawile (his BST is just 480).
Me personally to make them viable in OU, would be give them an abilty with a different name that is Fur Coat. So my dream would be....
Mega Plusle: Cuts Physical Attacks in Half
Mega Minun: Cuts Special Attacks in Half
This way they are similar but opposites, and that stat increase will help them out and make them viable!
