If anybody remembers from way before Pokemon XY were release, there were trademarks for existing pokemon, and those list of pokemon turned out to be mega's in the next installment!

Now below are links to the trademark pokemon (2 different times).

Majority of them were indeed mega evolutions from XY. But im bringing this topic back up because of several other pokemon who were on the list but didn't get mega evolutions.

First lets see all the pokemon listed for the trademarks... (alot of pokemon will be listed twice)

I don't think Pluse and Minum will have megas. Their gimmick is only useful in double battles, and you can only megaevolve one pokémon.

Seeing how Kyogre and Groudon have something similar to Mega-Evolution(wasn't it call primitive/primal evolution or something like that?), Rayquaza without a doubt will be having one.

Minun and Plusle... well like said above, they majorly rebound about working together, and only one pokemon can mega-evolve per battle, but it wouldn't be surprising to see them have a mega-evolution, so that they can be worth anything, when fighting alone.

Jinx, well I don't know what to think about that one.

Yes, but there is also the fact they are the pikaclon of the 3rd gen. I don't think they would touch those (including azumarrill, pachirisu, emolga, dedenne...)

Azumarill isn't a Pikaclone. Besides, they already madeit far superior to Pikachu by giving it Fairy typing and Huge Power. It's OU.

I dont get how electronic rodents are Excluded. Raichu will definitely get a mega evolution, though its not certain when

Ummm what??? Are you serious? Have you missed XY or something O.o

I'd imagine Gallade will get a mega, considering his "female" equivalent has it.
