If anybody remembers from way before Pokemon XY were release, there were trademarks for existing pokemon, and those list of pokemon turned out to be mega's in the next installment!

Majority of them were indeed mega evolutions from XY. But im bringing this topic back up because of several other pokemon who were on the list but didn't get mega evolutions.
First lets see all the pokemon listed for the trademarks... (alot of pokemon will be listed twice)

Whats good to note is since Pokemon OR/AS reveal we have had 6 pokemon with confirmed mega's and long after XY Latios/Latias were confirmed as well (just not officially!)
