No, it's third party exclusive. second party would be a company that nintendo owns but isn't from their internal EAD. monolith is second party, for example.

No they are not. The studio was completely bought out. Monolith is entirely owned by Nintendo, so they are a first party studio. A 2nd party game is whenever the publisher for fully the development of the title and lets the developer make it (White Knight Chronicles, Wonderful 101, Lost Odyssey, etc). A 3rd party exclusive would require the developer and publisher to be completely independent of the platform. That's what 3rd party means.
