Not really. They got Bayo 2 because they wanted Bayo fans, but it's still a game going to a new system and so they'd ALSO want new fans of the game. Bundling the first one is to get new fans, or to encourage older fans to play the game again with new features (like WWHD.)

They're different games, and W101 had many things going against it, like coming out a year earlier, being a lot more niche looking and being a new IP.
