Hmm, so I think I might go for Wind Waker after looking at all of these replies, but then I'd have to buy a used Gamecube copy since I don't have a Wii U. Since I'm not in a hurry I might as well wait until I'll buy a Wii U (which might happen around the release of Smash) and then purchase the HD version.
