Best entry level Zelda game?

Based on this I think I have to ask what kind of Nintendo system you have because your choices may be limited...

For me, A link to the past on the snes is the best but I don't want you to become a sneaky bastard...

I have a Wii, DS and 3DS, so it's not very limited due to backwards compatibility. So far it does seem like I might go for a console game.
