Pokken Fighter and Project STEAM have both been trademarked in the West. You don't trademark a working title.

Xenomech fits too as does Project STEAM on the 3ds, don't think anybody was expecting that.

Overall I think the list makes a lot of sense, expecially given that this is for the floor, don't think it's everything we'll see in the presentation; but I wouldn't be surprised if this leak was real.

You trademark a lot of things...trademarking is about what could be, not just what is. Nintendo has tons of trademarks for things that have never seen the light of day, and may have never existed as well as alternate names to different things .

Do you honestly think that they are going to release a Pokemon game with the name "Pokken"? I believe that is a pun or something in Japanese, which just doesn't make much sense in english...if that game is real it will undoubtedly have "Pokemon" in its name.

Also, Nintendo TMed "Code Name S.T.E.A.M.", not "Project S.T.E.A.M." so there is another red flag.
