The only time we hear about PS4 getting media features its usually in some random news or twitter.
MS announces their meda on stage as if the people going to those events care about watching TV. To add insult to injury its more expensive and technically weaker at least in terms of GPU, which is something gamers care about.
this is exactly what happened last gen to the same effect, PS3 had no gaemz its media features where irrelevant compared to the 360 which was touted as the games machine.
