
Don't compare Driveclub to Forza 5, since its free with plus comparing it with Killer Instict in terms of value is more appropriate.
As for game play, as an arcade racer its similar to need for speed burnout, possibly mario kart( but mario kart can get away with 60 fps with its art style)
If the game was unlocked at 30 then maybe I would have some issues, but its locked at 30, since its not simulating real driving like Forza or GT its more than fine. Its stable.
Locking the framerate is more important than having it at 60 or at 30 looking good. 60 locked is unnecessary, but 30 locked would warrant dropping the resolution.
Also just to clarify for all the ignorants.
Framerate and Resolution aren't linked such that dropping one will increase the other.
