@Kowen: yeah, it weirds me out a bit...It makes sense why Vita is selling well in Japan but without all of those games, there is no real reason why the ratio of 3DS:Vita wouldn't be upheld in RoW.
But like you said, nobody really tracks it officially. I guess VGC doesn't want to draw attention to the flaws in their tracking methods. Still, the phantom numbers feel a little shady...
