Only that VC uses emulation just as well, not to mention that emulation IS legal to begin with.

emulators themselves are legal but ROMs violate copyright law...

ROM's are legal as well as long as you own the game in one form or another.

A majority of people with ROM's do not own the game in any form.

I am stating legal facts, not debating whether people comply with them or not.
