What if he's already sold a limited editioni made out of Phazon and grinded Alucard, bought another so he could sell it again, and then bought another?

Then he's a disease spreader, considering how dangerous phazon is. If he survived 2 LE's then he must already have an immunity, but who's to say that the ones buying his LE's can survive?

It's their fault.  They knew what they were getting into when they purchased the items on Ebay or Craigslist.

Won't be the first person to be killed by Craigslist, at least.
