Nothing of interest there, description in Ukrainian says: "Two PR deputies have fallen into hands of the people", PR stands for Party of Regions, used to be a ruling party before the revolt.

And brought back to the parliament. As context I heard, to legitimize the decisions of the parliament, enough members are needed to vote.
