Step 1: Get Wii U hardware profitable (this means no price drop)
Step 2: Continue kicking ass with 3DS
Step 3a: Release great games for 3DS and Wii U
Step 3b:Purchase/create additional studios to fill software gaps
Step 4: release Companion Apps, Demos and VC on Smartphones for low prices to make some revenue as well as increasing brand awareness
Side note: Cross compatibility between phones/3DS/Wii U for VC games would be a good move
Nintendo's goal right now should be planning for the future, not trying to salvage the short term. Don't do anything that is a detriment to your brands or make people lose faith in your consoles. This generation, Nintendo needs to play positionally, that is why purchasing/creating addition studios is key despite being an expense short term. Of course Nintendo wants to make as much money as possible but they have enough in the bank that they shouldn't sacrifice their future for some short term gains
That is my business plan for Nintendo...not really sure why you wanted to know but since you asked ^.^
@hylian: ...I'm mostly just bored actually. I found your overreaction interesting so I decided to start a little debate with you. I'm sorry if I did anything to displease you, please understand that most things I say on these forums are not personal and I hope we can still be friends...
