Well, I don't know, but I assume Take 2 (or 2K) has the rights to the franchise and the assets. So they could make a sequel theoretically.... But if they had intended such a move, they would have kept Irrational. Just let Levine found his smaller venture and replace the people he takes with him inside of Irrational. As most people ouöld have worked on the franchise before, they would have been the best experts on the experience. But Take2 let's Irrational die or shrink - so they probably don't plan on a sequel in the near future. That are all assumptions though, use a proper amount of salt with my opinion.
