I always thought the IP belonged to Silicon Knights. But didn't Denis Dyack say they were making an ED title before they got in that clusterfuck with Epic Games?

I know that they were making a prototype  ( just that) for Eternal Darkness 2 before they got in trouble with Epic Games, but they cancelled it.
