3rd Parties to blame for lack of Wii U support?

It's Nintendo's fault for not creating a system 3rd parties WANT to develop for. Whose idea was it to make the WiiU underpowered, or to add a pointless touchscreen, certainly not the publishers. Nintendo made a system for Nintendo, just like they always do.
