Better accuracy than the Germany numbers at least. PS4 tracking is off 30k in France not 40k though. You are looking at numbers for week ending in December 28th. These are France's totals through the last day of 2013.

Edit NVM vgchartz made their yearly numbers just the total sales until January 4th. So the Year total sales are probably halfway between the two or 35k.
Still a pretty big difference. Vgchartz has PS4 up at 4.12mil up to December 28th versus the 4.2mil announced so there are still a few units unaccounted for.
The xboxone had a great recovery. It only sold 50k in it's first three weeks.

That means in the last two and a half weeks of December it sold 70k . It looks like it was heavily overtracked it's first three weeks and heavily undertracked it's last three weeks in France, but it's total is spot on.
