I think Ive had 4 or 5 moderations overturned. Probably more if I actually looked back at the Maxwell days and counted them. Mr Khan from the current mod team overturned a previous moderation of mine. I dont think there is a problem with regards to overturning wrong moderations, as long as the user explains things well enough. Granted, none of them were for flaming though as far as I remember.
