 No it's a statistical tie and impossible to say what's tracking better in case of AC or Batman, but Ghosts is clearly doing worse.

batman AO surpassed arkham city with one week left. AC4 will be ahead of AC3 too, only ghosts will be somewhat bellow.

Doesn't matter. Right now both AC and Batman have pretty much the same total and even if the new ones have a better momentum due to ongoing Christmas, a few 10k more LTD sales isn't going to change a game from being in the same-ish area as another one.
